12/1/11 Please use the downloads for the membership sign-up for the Law Girls Club and the release form for St Ann's. These are now on the home page and it will expedite matters if they are completed before the games.
11-29-11 Please recheck the schedule because due to numerous requests the schedule has changed and all games scheduled for the Law Boys Club at 2PM have been moved to 1PM.
All coaches names have to be deleted and put back in. Right now only look at the master schedule until I can have the coaches names deleted and new ones put in. I am told that there is a problem transfering coaches from 1 grade to the next grade in the following year; this is in the process of being corrected so for now just look at the master schedule, not by coach or team.
All requests for scheduling conflicts where attempted and the best possible solution was made as there are 35 games each Saturday with a minimum of gym time. In addition there is a large number of 7th & 8th grade teams and they can only play at certain gyms. I could not meet all requests, please adjust to the schedule.
On the week of 2/18, only the 8th grade boys & girls will be playing as they have an odd number of teams and in order to get their 10th game in the games have to be played on this date.
The playoffs will be the first 2 weekends in March with the finals on Sunday 3/11 at PMA.
Important: when using PMA. please enter from Lawrence Street and exit through East Street. Do not enter from Easty Street or exit from Lawrence Street as this is a safety issue.
The Insurance form for the Lawrence Girls Club will be put on the site today or tomorrow; please have all these filled out before your first game as it wll expedite the first games. There is no fee; these forms have to be filled out for insurance purposes.
All teams playing at St Annes must fill out a relase form; I will try to get this form on the site; if not you will have to fill one out for each player when you arrive.
Please, no photos are allowed at St Annes; this is a requirement from the staff at St Annes so please follow their rules as they are allowing us to use their gym.
